Law360, New York (February 24, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Baker & Hostetler LLP has lured Victor Siber, most recently the head of the intellectual property group at Clifford Chance US LLP and the former chief intellectual property counsel of IBM Corp., to its New York office as a partner in the firm's IP group.
