Law360, New York (March 05, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Despite being shut down by the U.S. International Trade Commission, Solutia Inc. subsidiary Flexsys Americas LP is looking to reopen a patent case filed against rivals Korea Kumho Petrochemical Co. Ltd. and Sinorgchem Co. Ltd. over anti-degradant chemicals for rubber products.
Flexsys filed a motion Wednesday to reopen the case against Sinorgchem, KKPC and Kumho Tire Co. Inc., which had been stayed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio pending ITC resolution.
