Law360, New York (March 16, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A Texas technology company has settled claims against Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. in a lawsuit accusing several retail, travel and financial companies of infringing a patent for database technology.
DataTern Inc. and Martha Stewart Living said they had reached an agreement settling the dispute and asked a judge to dismiss all claims and counterclaims with prejudice, according to documents filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
