Law360, New York (March 20, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- OSI Pharmaceuticals Inc. has targeted Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. and Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. in patent infringement litigation to stop them from taking steps to market a generic version of cancer treatment Tarceva.
