Courting Patent Reform

Law360, New York (April 15, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- After years of promises and false starts, it appears that Congress is one step closer to approval of sweeping legislation to overhaul the nation’s patent laws.

In 2007, the House of Representatives passed a patent reform bill only to see the effort falter in the Senate, and the issue remained dead throughout 2008.
