Law360, New York (April 29, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A magistrate judge has issued a report recommending that Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corp. disgorge $2.5 million and pay $540,000 in attorneys’ fees for violating an injunction prohibiting the discount retailer from selling Fendi SRL-branded perfume.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael Dolinger submitted the report and recommendations to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday to address contempt charges won by Fendi in October 2007 against Burlington.
