Law360, New York (June 12, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Facing a larger-than-expected class of new lawyers, Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP has dangled offers of $80,000 to incoming associates if they agree to postpone their start dates at the firm from this fall to the fall of 2010.
