Law360, New York (June 16, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP has lost another bid to toss a recruiting firm’s suit against it, after a judge denied the law firm’s request to dismiss the case from Florida in favor of another forum.
Orrick has not shown persuasively that either Germany or California would be better venues for the case, Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida said in an order issued Tuesday.
