Obama Taps Judges From Ga., NJ For Circuit Courts

Law360, New York (June 22, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- President Barack Obama has nominated former Johnson & Johnson in-house general counsel Joseph A. Greenaway Jr. to sit on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and former federal prosecutor Beverly B. Martin has been tapped for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
