Law360, New York (July 01, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP has revealed a new path to partnership that will filter junior attorneys into three separate, staggered tracks, shying away from the traditional lockstep that firms have embraced in the past in favor of a more tailored approach.
On Wednesday, the firm rolled out its self-dubbed “talent model,” explaining that associates will now be designated as partner track associates, career attorneys and legal team professionals, or custom track associates.
