Law360, New York (August 03, 2009, 7:12 PM ET) -- With debate on the nomination of Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the U.S. Supreme Court slated to begin Tuesday, two U.S. senators with reputations for unpredictability have announced that their votes on the nomination will reflect party lines.
