Law360, New York (December 09, 2009, 6:59 PM ET) -- Boies Schiller & Flexner LLP will pay its associates substantial year-end bonuses for 2009, with those beyond their first year receiving performance-based incentives as high as $150,000 and even associates who started after Sept. 1 receiving $5,000 payments.
The firm paid out bonuses to the majority of its associates Monday, according to Philip C. Korologos, a senior partner involved in compensation issues at the firm.
Those first-year associates who started earlier than Sept. 1 received either $5,000 or a performance-based bonus if that amount was larger....
