WilmerHale Latest To Abandon Lockstep

Law360, New York (December 15, 2009, 5:45 PM ET) -- WilmerHale LLP will reset its base compensation scale in 2010 as it moves from lockstep compensation to a merit-based model that aims to eventually build a larger part of each associate's, senior associate's and counsel's compensation into his annual performance bonus.
