Chief Justice Report Highlights Court Workload

Law360, New York (January 05, 2010, 6:38 PM ET) -- In a surprise move, U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts has issued only a brief year-end report on the state of the federal courts, forgoing the tradition of highlighting problems, declining to renew his usual call for judicial pay increases and underscoring instead the busy year courts have had.
