Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 2:55 PM ET) -- Chicago-based Seyfarth Shaw LLP has joined the growing rank of firms that have abandoned lockstep models in favor of goal-oriented merit-based pay systems.
In a memo circulated within the firm Wednesday, Seyfarth informed associates of a new “talent development system” that will be phased in slowly over the course of 2010.
