DuPont, Others Pledge $30M To Promote Legal Diversity

Law360, New York (March 05, 2010, 6:56 PM ET) -- DuPont Co., Prudential Financial Inc. and nine other companies have pledged to spend a total of $30 million with women- and minority-owned law firms this year as part of an effort to promote diversity in the legal profession.

The companies announced the plan, dubbed the Inclusion Initiative, at a business meeting Thursday of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms, which will help coordinate the effort.
