Obama Makes US Attorney Picks For Maine, Idaho

Law360, New York (March 11, 2010, 1:36 PM ET) -- A Maine state court judge and a senior litigation counsel in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Idaho have been nominated by President Barack Obama to serve as U.S. attorneys.

The White House on Wednesday announced the nominations of Justice Thomas Delahanty II of the Maine Superior Court for U.S. attorney in the District of Maine, and Wendy Olson for the same post in the District of Idaho.
