Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 3:46 PM ET) -- Well-known Denver attorney Willie Shepherd has been publicly censured for misrepresenting his former firm Kamlet Shepherd & Reichert LLP's diversity in order to become eligible for DuPont Co.'s diverse legal supplier program.
Presiding Disciplinary Judge William R. Lucero entered an order Friday in the Colorado Supreme Court that publicly censured Shepherd and fined him $127.50 for a series of e-mails that he sent to DuPont in late 2007 and 2008.
