Linklaters Restores UK Associate Pay Raise Levels

Law360, New York (April 01, 2010, 7:20 PM ET) -- Linklaters LLP has announced plans to reinstate normal pay raise levels for associates in the U.K., where pay increases were reduced in the recession, as well as retain lockstep compensation for associates in both the U.K. and the U.S.

A Linklaters representative confirmed Thursday that the firm was planning to restore the full percentage increases for the raises. Linklaters had previously cut down those levels in the U.K. to between 2 and 4 percent, according to U.K. publication Legal Week.
