Law360, New York (April 12, 2010, 2:16 PM ET) -- Clifford Chance LLP has decided to adopt a new bonus system for its London lawyers that will no longer require them to clock a minimum number of hours to be eligible for the payments, a spokeswoman confirmed Monday.
The firm is abandoning an old system that set billable hour targets in favor of one that considers billable hours as well as client feedback, teamwork, pro bono work, profitability, investment hours and other factors.
