Supreme Court Rejects Textron Work Product Case

Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 11:04 AM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has shot down a request by Textron Inc. to hear an appeal of a work product privilege case that attorneys said could have far-reaching consequences on their ability to candidly assess their clients' risk of being sued.
