Law360, New York (June 21, 2010, 8:16 PM ET) -- While the troubled economy has prompted the majority of BigLaw to scale back on the number of first-year associate hires, some in-house legal departments are trying to capitalize on the glut of work-hungry graduates by hiring them for full-time positions. But legal experts say this strategy may be riddled with more cons than pros.
