K&L Gates Getting Most Out Of Lateral Churn In 2010

Law360, New York (July 07, 2010, 5:39 PM ET) -- K&L Gates LLP experienced the biggest bump in its ranks due to lateral movement in the legal industry in the first half of 2010, according to a Law360 study.

In the first six months of 2010, K&L Gates lured 37 laterals and lost only eight to other law firms, seeing a net gain of 29 attorneys in the first half of the year, according to data compiled from law firm news releases on lateral movements of partners, shareholders, of counsel, special counsel and managing partners....
