Law360, New York (August 09, 2010, 3:53 PM ET) -- DLA Piper has boosted its management team, naming as chairmen two corporate finance partners, who will join three other leaders whose terms are slated to end in 2012.
Roger Meltzer and Jay Rains have joined chairs Frank Burch, Lee Miller and Terry O'Malley in the firm's top management post, DLA Piper announced Friday.
Meltzer, a 30-year veteran of corporate and securities law, described the addition of two new chairs as “the first step toward an evolution of the succession of leadership.”
