Law360, New York (September 17, 2010, 8:01 PM ET) -- Respondents have won more time to reply to a petition before the U.S. Supreme Court that seeks review of a lower court decision that limited New York state's ability to restrict allegedly deceptive advertising techniques used by law firms.
The High Court gave Public Citizen Litigation Group, which is representing respondents, an extra month to file its reply, pushing the deadline from Sept. 13 to Oct. 13, in an early September order.
