Law360, New York (September 30, 2010, 3:50 PM ET) -- The U.S. Senate has confirmed six U.S. attorneys, including K&L Gates LLP partner Michael C. Ormsby, who specializes in municipal law, and management-side employment attorney and former Indiana Secretary of State Joe Hogsett of Bingham McHale LLP.
The Senate confirmed the U.S. attorneys by a voice vote Wednesday, the same day President Barack Obama tapped Arkansas prosecutor Conner Eldridge for the post of U.S. attorney for the Western District of Arkansas.
