Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 6:24 PM ET) -- DLA Piper’s U.K. office is reportedly putting off plans to move to an all-equity partnership structure for the time being.
The change came as a result of better-than-expected activity levels during the economic downturn, according to the British publication Legal Week, which spoke to partners familiar with the matter.
A spokesperson for the law firm declined to comment on the change Thursday.
