Law360, New York (November 09, 2010, 5:59 PM ET) -- The National Association of Women Lawyers on Tuesday released its annual survey of major U.S. firms, finding that women still make up just 15 percent of equity partners despite making advances in other legal industry leadership positions.
The percentage of female equity partners has remained essentially the same for the past five years, NAWL reported after surveying the Am Law 200 law firms and receiving 120 responses for its 2010 National Survey on Retention and Promotion of Women in Law Firms.
