Law360, New York (November 12, 2010, 6:29 PM ET) -- After engaging in talks about a possible trans-Atlantic tie-up, Proskauer Rose LLP and London-based SJ Berwin LLP said Friday they had decided not to merge.
The announcement marked another setback in SJ Berwin’s search for a U.S. partnership.
