Law360, New York (December 01, 2010, 8:31 PM ET) -- The U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee voted Wednesday to advance 11 federal judiciary nominees, including two circuit court judges and nine district court judge nominees, but held over some of the more controversial nominees.
The committee also voted to advance the nomination of two acting U.S. Department of Justice administrators for permanent positions. Stacia A.
