Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 8:17 PM ET) -- Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP is reportedly considering a merger with Nixon Peabody LLP that would create a nearly 1,400-lawyer megafirm, but so far neither party is saying much publicly.
At a large partner meeting a couple of weeks ago, Locke Lord leaders announced that they were in merger discussions with Nixon Peabody, a Locke Lord source told legal blog Above the Law on Wednesday.
