Law360, New York (January 05, 2011, 6:08 PM ET) -- Although 2010 saw fewer law firm combinations than previous years, deals picked up in the fourth quarter with 15 new tie-ups announced in the U.S., according to an analysis released Wednesday.
There were only 39 law firm tie-ups announced in 2010, down from 53 deals in 2009 and 70 in 2008, according to data provided by legal management consulting firm Altman Weil Inc.
