Law360, New York (January 28, 2011, 3:50 PM ET) -- The membership lineup for the Senate Judiciary Committee in the 112th Congress has been finalized, with fraud-fighting partners Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., and Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, as the panel's leaders.
Leahy, who has served as the committee's chairman since 2007 and from 2001 until 2003, on Thursday formally set the committee's roster for the next two years, which will comprise a total of 10 Democrats and eight Republicans, led by Grassley, the new ranking member.
