Senate Panel Reports 1st Judicial Nominees Of 2011

Law360, New York (February 03, 2011, 2:56 PM ET) -- The Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday unanimously approved 11 judicial nominees, just as the White House sent it two more nominees to fill federal bench vacancies, including the partner in charge of WilmerHale's New York office, Paul A. Engelmayer.

The 11 nominees were advanced by the Senate panel en bloc and unanimously, the first batch of judicial nominees cleared for a confirmation vote before the full Senate since the 112th Congress began.
