Law360, New York (March 08, 2011, 7:09 PM ET) -- International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. has named former Burger King Corp. general counsel Anne Chwat as its senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, the New York-based company announced Tuesday.
Chwat will oversee all aspects of global legal and regulatory affairs when she takes over on Apr. 14 from Dennis Meany, who is retiring after seven years at IFF, the company said.
IFF Chairman and CEO Doug Tough welcomed Chwat to his executive management team in a statement on Tuesday.
