Law360, New York (June 30, 2011, 5:43 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama on Wednesday announced his picks for a U.S. attorney position in Mississippi and district court judgeships in Utah and Washington state, sending the nominations to the U.S. Senate for confirmation.
In Mississippi, the president tapped Davis Goss & Williams PLLC co-founder Gregory Davis to be U.S. attorney for the state's Southern District.
