Law360, New York (May 24, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Locke Liddell & Sapp LLP and Lord Bissell & Brook LLP said Thursday that they would soon merge into a 700-attorney powerhouse with 10 U.S. offices and another one in London.
If the merger becomes official, Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP, as the new firm will be known, will have gross revenues of about $400 million, the two firms said. It will be chaired by Jerry Clements, the current managing partner of Locke Liddell.
