Law360, New York (July 13, 2011, 3:18 PM ET) -- JPMorgan Chase & Co. said Friday that former K&L Gates LLP white collar partner Beth L. Golden had joined the bank as general counsel of consumer practices and retail operations.
Golden, who served as a deputy attorney general for former New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer, had been with K&L Gates since January 2008, according to previously released statements from the firm.
The bank declined to provide additional information and to make Golden available for an interview. K&L Gates was not immediately able to comment....
