ABA Urges States To Adopt Judge Disqualification Rules

Law360, New York (August 08, 2011, 9:33 PM ET) -- The American Bar Association's House of Delegates approved a resolution Monday at the group's annual meeting in Toronto urging states to establish clear guidelines for judicial disqualification and campaign disclosure requirements.

Resolution 107 urges states to establish procedures for prompt review, by another judge or court, of denials of requests to disqualify a judge.
