In-House Counsel Expect To Boost Litigation Staff: Survey

Law360, New York (October 18, 2011, 6:06 PM ET) -- Corporate counsel in both the U.S. and U.K. reported increasing their in-house staff to manage litigation in 2011, and 16 percent predicted their ranks would continue to grow in the coming year, a Fulbright & Jaworski LLP report revealed Tuesday.
