Law360, New York (November 30, 2011, 7:15 PM ET) -- They don't sugarcoat advice, are inflexible on fees and exclude in-house counsel in client communications: They are the 53 law firms considered most arrogant by corporate counsel, nearly twice as many as last year, according to a new survey.
Although 2010 was a humbling year for law firms, with only 28 appearing on the 2011 list, 53 firms are named in this year's BTI Client Services A-Team 2012 report from The BTI Consulting Group (Wellesley, Mass.), exceeding the 50 that landed in the 2010 report....
