Law360, New York (December 06, 2011, 6:31 PM ET) -- Arnold & Porter LLP will merge with San Francisco's Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin PC on Jan. 1, creating a firm of more than 800 lawyers and boosting Arnold & Porter's California presence, the firms announced Tuesday.
