Law360, New York (December 08, 2011, 9:17 PM ET) -- U.K.-based law firm Linklaters LLP is preparing to significantly "restructure" its partnership, with as many as 35 partners, or 8 percent of the firm's total equity partners, that could be departing, according to Thursday news reports.
According to Legal Week, the Magic Circle firm has not released any formal indication of how many will leave, but those who do will "consist of a combination of exits and de-equitisations."
