Law360, New York (March 06, 2012, 5:29 PM ET) -- San Francisco-based Carroll Burdick & McDonough LLP has added offices in Munich and Singapore by merging with German intellectual property boutique Schweiger & Partners LLP, the firms announced Monday.
With the move, Carroll Burdick gains a foothold in Europe’s IP center and a second Asian office to complement its existing outpost in Hong Kong. The merger also bolsters Carroll Burdick’s IP practice, particularly in patent litigation.
