Law360, New York (March 06, 2012, 5:53 PM ET) -- McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP and San Diego-based firm Luce Forward Hamilton & Scripps LLP have completed their merger following a delay last week, the firms announced Tuesday.
Although the firms delayed their merger, which was initially planned to wrap up by March 1, last week for unspecified reasons, they have now successfully combined more than 575 attorneys and public policy advisers in 13 offices across 11 cities, the firms said.
