Law360, Los Angeles (April 18, 2012, 5:25 PM ET) -- Reyhani Nemirovsky LLP, a new boutique firm specializing in the representation of financial services clients in enforcement proceedings, arbitration and litigation, announced the opening of its New York office Tuesday.
The firm was formed by former Bingham McCutchen LLP counsel Dimitri Nemirovsky and ex-Loeb & Loeb LLP partner Bryan Reyhani, who each spent nearly nine years at their respective firms. Before joining Bingham and Loeb & Loeb, Nemirovsky and Reyhani both served as in-house counsel at Merrill Lynch.
