Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 7:57 PM ET) -- Testifying Tuesday before New Jersey lawmakers, a state courts administrator stressed the importance of funding a digital “e-Court” information system that would boost electronic filing and public access, but fee increases underlying a proposed $17 million set-aside have sparked criticism.
