Robinson & Cole Slams Thelen Trustee's Fee Claim

Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 8:04 PM ET) -- Robinson & Cole LLP told a New York federal judge Friday that Thelen LLP’s bankruptcy trustee had no right to recover legal fees earned by nine former Thelen partners who decamped for Robinson & Cole and took their unfinished work with them.
