Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 7:19 PM ET) -- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP has outpaced other firms so far by nabbing 12 partners from the ailing Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, and experts said Tuesday that high-end litigators and attorneys in finance-related groups still with the firm would draw the most suitors from competitors circling Dewey for laterals.
Following its financial troubles, Dewey has seen a steady stream of partners abandon the firm this year, with nearly one-third of its total global partnership moving to other firms.
