Law360, New York (May 07, 2012, 4:16 PM ET) -- The battle over federal judicial vacancies heated up again Monday, as liberal groups denounced what they called Senate obstructionism while Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, blamed the Obama administration for not nominating more potential judges.
